Championing a Strong Business Climate

Public Policy Logo

The Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce serves as a unified voice for business in our region. Through our Public Policy efforts, we advocate for policies that support economic growth, workforce development, and a thriving community across Clemson, Central, Pendleton, Six Mile, and the surrounding areas.

Our role is not partisan. We focus on issues, not politics, and work collaboratively with local and state leaders to ensure the business community is informed, represented, and heard.

Our Public Policy Focus Areas

Our advocacy priorities are guided by the needs of our members and the long-term health of the region. Key focus areas include:

Promoting smart infrastructure planning that supports business access and community growth.

BUSINESS GROWTH & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Supporting policies that encourage entrepreneurship, investment, and sustainable growth.

Workforce & Talent Development

Advancing initiatives that strengthen education, training, and workforce readiness.
