The Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce serves as a unified voice for business in our region. Through our Public Policy efforts, we advocate for policies that support economic growth, workforce development, and a thriving community across Clemson, Central, Pendleton, Six Mile, and the surrounding areas.
Our role is not partisan. We focus on issues, not politics, and work collaboratively with local and state leaders to ensure the business community is informed, represented, and heard.

Public Policy Committee
The Chamber’s Public Policy Committee brings together engaged members to discuss legislative issues, hear from elected officials, and help shape the Chamber’s advocacy efforts.
What the committee does:
- Reviews and discusses local, state, and regional policy issues
- Hosts elected officials and policy experts
- Provides recommendations to the Chamber’s leadership
- Serves as a connection point between business leaders and decision-makers
