Leadership Pickens County is a collaborative leadership development program sponsored by the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce, Easley Chamber of Commerce, and Greater Pickens Chamber of Commerce.

Through immersive experiences, networking, and hands-on learning, participants gain a deeper understanding of the people, organizations, and issues shaping Pickens County while building lifelong professional relationships.

Applications open for professionals who live or work in Pickens County and are ready to grow as leaders.

Orientation

August

Meet your classmates, learn about the program, and prepare for the leadership journey ahead.

Leadership Retreat

September

Build relationships, strengthen teamwork, and establish the foundation for the year through interactive leadership activities.

Monthly Leadership Sessions

October–May

Experience monthly sessions featuring behind-the-scenes tours, community leaders, and discussions covering government, education, healthcare, business, economic development, and more. This follows the program's annual schedule of orientation, retreat, monthly sessions, community project, and graduation.
